We started working with Ross about 6 weeks ago with our 12 mth English staff. We had owned many dogs before, we thought we knew how to train, but we were very wrong.

As it turns out, we thought we were doing the best by her by providing her some of the best dog food money could buy. She was intolerant and not well, we thought it was one of her quirks that she constantly had an upset belly and car sickness.

She would be come anxious often, lash out, not listen and we in turn became frustrated. With a change of diet and guidance we have a different dog.

We were looking at having to rehome (at best). After 6 weeks of working with Ross she is now a loving, loyal and respectful member of our family especially with my young kids.

Ross literally taught us how to communicate with her, we have literally gone from not being able to put a lead on to her, to her begging for her training, and we are even doing tricks!

Thank you so much Ross for not only traing her… But us too. You have allowed us to keep her forever.
